Pilzy Lee began her dj career in 2009. By chance she was offered
a “bursary” to study and be the first group of girls to go through
the djing course at Fuse Academy for Girls. Under the leadership of
Dj Clone, Dj Zandee (Club 808 vj) and Dj Zinhle (Feminine Touch)
she found her voice in music.


She Combines Hip-hop, Soul, abstract beats and Jazz infused sounds Dj Pilzy Lee entices a
specific crowd fitted with a specific ear. With her individual playing style she manages
to manoeuvre in and out of genres with ease exhibiting the history of other
genres she includes in her sets,making her quite a versatile and adaptable dj. for more

Back to Johannesburg for a Saturday evening 8th October and there are two things you should be excited about... the first, off course, our guest of honor NICKY B on the 1's & 2's… well known her World Music show on Kaya Fm which has grown leaps and bounds, she is a musical genius. She's definitely knows a good tune when she hears one and for this one she rolls up her sleeves bringing out the soul fanatic in her.
